What does uncapped income mean?
Income depends on your performance and client service, with no fixed salary to limit it. The more clients you serve, and the longer you serve them, the more your income compounds.
Income from premiums of new clients you serve
Existing clients renew their policies every year, so this income accumulates with every year you work
Performance bonuses, a THB 10 million 10-year achievement bonus for KTAXA Advisor and Advisor X, annual competitions and overseas incentive trips
When you become a unit manager, you earn additional income from the performance of the team you develop

ADVISOR
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Holders of a diploma must show proof of income of at least THB 120,000 a year
- or have no more than 2 years’ experience as a life insurance agent before joining the programme
ADVISOR X
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least 2 years’ work experience; or, without work experience, a degree in finance, accounting or economics, or an IC licence
